This Site does not provide medical or psychiatric advice.
No doctor-patient or clinician-client relationship is established by your use of this Site, by contacting us through the Site, or by submitting any online scheduling forms.
A formal clinician-patient relationship is only established after you have completed a clinical intake, signed our practice's formal consent to treatment, and completed an initial evaluation with one of our licensed providers.
2. Not for Emergency Use
This website and our online contact forms are not monitored 24/7 and are not designed for crisis support.
