Yes! All of our services are available virtually, making it easy to access care from the comfort of your home.

You can book online through our secure scheduling platform.

4. Do you accept insurance?

We are currently out-of-network with insurance providers, but will be soon in-network with United, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and Oscar.

5. What is integrative psychiatry?

Integrative psychiatry considers the whole person—biological, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors—to create a personalized treatment plan.

6. Do I have to take medication?

My philosophy is, medication is always a choice. If medication is an option, we will discuss several appropriate medication options, and will provide you an opportunity to decide which option is right for you.

7. What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first session is focused on understanding your needs, goals, and history. We’ll work together to create a care plan that feels right for you.
